Teachers in the Workplace – Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board

Yesterday, Smail Auto Group participated in the Teachers in the Workplace Program presented by the Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board!🍎

Two teachers, from Mount Pleasant Area and Southmoreland School District, visited Smail Auto Group to job shadow our Sales Team, Service Department, and Collision Center. Our goal was to showcase job opportunities in the automotive industry that are available right here in Westmoreland County!

We would like to thank each employee who met with the educators and showed them around the dealerships.

One of the teachers said, “Smail Auto is more than an automotive company, they are a family. No matter what brand, branch, or department you walk into, it is felt. The pride they take in their company and day-to-day tasks is amazing. Wonderful experience and eye opening to the industry and employment opportunities for our young students.”
